What
You'll do

  • Own a portfolio of clients end to end. The campaigns, the budgets, and the decisions that grow them are yours.
  • Shape where each account goes next: spot opportunities, research the market, and turn what you find into a plan - not just execution.
  • Be the main point of contact: updates, calls, and the initiatives that push each account forward.
  • Sharpen your craft with us. We teach our verticals, tools, and playbooks; you bring the thinking and the hunger to go deeper.

What
We look for

  • 2+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience.
  • Analytical and comfortable with numbers. You read a report and reason from it; give you a performance shift and your first instinct is "why."
  • Strong professional English. Our clients are global and you'll be talking to them.
  • Ownership mentality. You treat your accounts like your own business. When something breaks, your instinct is "what do I do about it.
  • Genuinely eager to learn. Energized by feedback, goes deeper when there's spare capacity, wants to understand why things work.
